LibreCAD – Dimensions
All lines are drawn with a default layer 0.
Dimensioning is the primary function of all CAD programs. In LibreCad, all dimensioning functions are found in the CAD ToolBar under the button .
Each dimension allows you to enter a label (such as a diameter mark) and deviations. The toolbar is located at the top of the screen.
1 – Enable / disable the label, 2 – Enter text (instead of dimension value), 3 – Mark combobox , 4 – Enter the deviations
In main menu Edit → Current drawing preferences → Dimensions tab allows you to edit font size, linear precision, arrow size etc. There is always the possibility of customizing the dimension by exploding it (by prior selection) in the main menu Modify → Explode
In all functions where points are indicated we can do this by using the command line by entering the points coordinates.
* In the movie the delete key is marked Entf (showing the mouse and the keys in the bottom corner of the screen)
